McCoy Villa provides more than just high-quality, supportive housing for homeless families.

Our Resident Manager maintains on-site office hours, and is available at no cost to assist residents who desire supportive services in order to improve their lives.

Social services to be offered on site will be customized to serve residents who are formerly homeless, formerly incarcerated and low-income. That includes case management, financial management, employment training and placement, academic counseling, access to health care, substance abuse services and other opportunities focused on families and independent living skills.
